IT Management Services are intended to provide a measure of
professional direction and organization -- either on an interim
basis or an ongoing service to enhance the performance of the
existing team. Under the level 3 service package, existing IT
staff and support providers would retain their existing
relationships but would be managed on behalf of the business by
Technology Strategists.
Technology Strategists can provide tailored IT outsourcing
services to firms with suitable infrastructure and service level
requirements. IT outsourcing may not be an appropriate solution
for everyone -- service improvements and cost savings may be
offset by higher communications costs and degraded performance.
